With the beginning of study year, Dsegh Eco-club initiative resumed its both theoretical and practical sessions, full of new knowledge and excitement.
On September 20th Armenian Society for the Protection of Birds presented its past and ongoing projects, which have been aimed to conserve and support Red-listed Black Vulture and Lesser Kestrel population in Armenia.
The session involved children from Dsegh and Marts Secondary Schools. In order to make the session more interesting and entertaining, our team organized an interactive game, where children were challenged to order birds according to their habitats on the screen. As they had already received a lecture beforehand, they easily guessed all right answers and promptly completed their tasks.
At the end, we promised children to meet again, and we now look forward to our next session within the framework of Dsegh Eco-club initiative.
